Policies

By booking a service with us, you automatically agree to all policies.

Children: We understand that bringing your children to the salon during your service may be convenient or even necessary at times; However, we work with sharp tweezers, hot wax, chemicals, and other equipment in the studio and we do not have an area designated for children, nor do we have staff that can keep an eye on them while you receive your service. For this reason, we ask that parents attend their appointment without their children unless the child has an appointment. During their appointment, the child must be accompanied by their parent at all times and be able to sit still to receive their service safely. 

Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child, for other guests, and for our staff. We know this may be an inconvenience but we reserve the right to turn away clients who bring their children to their appointment and mark it as a cancellation. Thank you for understanding! 

New Clients: Upon booking your appointment(s), a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. A payment link will be provided during our next business hours, and an attempt to contact you will be made if payment has not been sent. Failure to pay the deposit within 24 hours of deposit request will result in your appointment being cancelled.

Cancellation/ No-Show Policy: In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a notice of 24 hours minimum is required. Any requests to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $25 charge to the card on file. No-shows will result in a 100% service charge to the card on file. Cancelling your appointment within 2 hours of your appointment time or being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show, and will be charged as such.

Fill Policy: Fill prices will reflect either the percentage of extensions still attached to the natural lashes AND the time that has elapsed since your most recent lash appointment. Please understand that the longer you wait to book a fill, the longer your next appointment will take. The natural lash cycle causes growth as well as shedding to occur, so to ensure fullness at all times, please aim for 2 weeks or 3 weeks max. If you book a fill at 3+ weeks out, there is a possibility it will become a full set.

  • For a regular fill, you are expected to still have at least 50% of your lashes on AND you must come in within 25 days of your last appointment to be considered a regular fill.

  • For an extended week fill, you are expected to have at least 30% of your lashes on AND you must come in within 25 days of your last appointment to be considered an extended fill.

  • Anything less than 30% or longer than 25 days will automatically be considered a full set. No exceptions.

*Please keep in mind the less lashes you have on or the longer you wait to come in for a fill, the longer the appointment will take or the outcome may be not be as full*

Foreign Fill Policy: Please note that foreign fills are welcome, however, the set you have on must still comply with the fill policy above. We must be able to work over the existing work and if we are unable to, a removal and full set may be necessary. This will be at the technician's own discretion, and you will be informed prior to the removal process. There will be an automatic foreign fill fee of $20 added to the cost of your deposit. If you choose not to proceed with a removal and a full set in the event we decide the set is unworkable, there will be no penalty, however, your deposit of $45 is non-refundable and will serve as a convenience fee.

3-Day Guarantee: Every client is entitled to a 3-day period to inform the Team at Unfiltered Beauty Studio of any complaints. This includes, but is not limited to excessive fallout, shaping concerns, and so on. If within 3 days of your appointment you have any issues, please let us know as soon as possible and a complimentary 30 minute touch up appointment will be scheduled to address these areas of concern. Any issues or complaints beyond 3 days will no longer be complimentary and payment will be required. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper care. If you do not follow the suggested aftercare, you unfortunately forfeit your right to a complimentary fix. 

Refund Policy: Unfiltered Beauty Studio does not issue refunds for services as your payment is for the time and product your artist has used. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding.

Allergy Policy: In the event an allergic reaction occurs, we recommend seeking medical attention first and foremost. If desired or recommended by a medical professional, a complimentary removal will be provided. However, per the Refund Policy, once the service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. Unfortunately, glue allergies can surface spontaneously even after wearing lash extensions for an extended period of time. A patch test is not required but can be performed prior to a full set. The patch test will not always yield an allergic reaction even if the individual has an allergy to one of the products. Please keep this in mind when booking an appointment.
